Purple Cabbage

Purple cabbage is packed with nutrition!  It’s packed with Vitamin A, C, folate and Vitamin K!  It’s also super high in antioxidants!!  Purple cabbage is most nutrient dense when eaten raw (in a slaw, salad, etc.), however, it’s actually easier for the body to digest the antioxidants when it’s cooked!  So win-win either way!

Carrots are super high in Vitamin A, antioxidants (Beta Carotene) and fiber.  They are great raw, steamed, roasted and even in smoothies!  Their natural sweetness makes it easy to sneak in some extra vitamins and fiber into your smoothies.
