We’ll have a large selection of plants lovingly grown from seed by our community gardeners. See you there!

The Details:

Where: The Elk Grove Community Garden at 10025 Hampton Oak Drive, Elk Grove, CA 95624.
When: Saturday, April 9 from 9am to 1pm
Plants will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Payment: Cash, Checks, or Venmo
Pre-orders/curbside pick-up NOT available this year.
The Garden will be accepting canned food donations for the Elk Grove Food Bank.

Korean Mint

Perilla Leaf

 Warm season annual. This large leaf perilla is a Korean specialty. The leaves are two-toned– bright green on top and light purple underneath. They have a unique flavor that tastes somewhere between mint and basil and are often used as a wrap for sushi and cooked food.  Plants grow vigorously and show best color in warm temperatures.
